Notice of Temporary Suspension of Support Services (RMA)

To enhance system stability and service quality, we will be performing data center equipment upgrades and system maintenance. During the maintenance period, certain support functions on our official website will be temporarily suspended. Details are as follows:

• Functions related to the “Support Service (RMA)” on our official website will be temporarily unavailable, including product repair requests, serial number verification, and warranty period inquiries.
• Other functions, such as browsing product information on the official website, will continue to operate normally.

If you need to submit a repair request or make an inquiry, we recommend doing so after the maintenance is complete; if the maintenance is completed ahead of schedule, the system will resume service early.
