    2.You will obtain an RMA number from auto-reply email.
    3.Please print the shipping label and send the RMA products to us via register mail or express service.

Warranty Requirements

  1. TEAMGROUP solely offers warranty service for repairs and does not provide data recovery or data backup services. It is highly advised that you regularly back up all data from your TEAMGROUP products. Please note that TEAMGROUP cannot be held responsible for any loss of data stored on the malfunctioning TEAMGROUP product.
  2. Please note that customers are responsible for the freight and insurance costs to Taiwan. Once the RMA procedure is completed, we will cover the expenses of returning the repaired or replaced product to you, excluding customs duty, which is determined by local customs authorities.
  3. The applicability of this warranty service does not include product damage caused by man-made or abnormal use.
  4. Your TEAMGROUP product is covered by warranty for a specified period starting from the original purchase date. In the absence of proof of the original purchase date, TEAMGROUP will verify the warranty eligibility based on the product's serial number. Please note that products purchased through second-hand channels are not covered under warranty service.
  5. TEAMGROUP SSD provides limited warranty either by manufacturing date or by TBW. The warranty period is on the basis of the one with earlier expiration. Please download S.M.A.R.T TOOL and check TBW for reference of judgment.
  6. If your product is not sold by TEAMGROUP or the label or mark can't be recognized, TEAMGROUP reserves the final call for product assessment under warranty service.
  7. For certain products, TEAMGROUP will provide you with a new replacement when the product is at end-of-life or out of stock, so the product you receive may not be the original one you sent.
  8. The memory modules you bought are dual channel or for a set, please send all out together so that we can analyze the memory modules and make sure they can function properly.
  9. After you submit the online RMA form within 14 days, please send the RMA products to TEAMGROUP. After 14 working days, the RMA number you applied would be invalid. Please apply for an RMA number online again.
  10. If the warranty replacement is returned for non-delivery, you will be responsible to pay for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
