  • Easy steps to file RMA application online:
    1.Please fill in the information correctly, and submit the RMA application.

    2.You will obtain an RMA number from auto-reply email.
    3.Please print the shipping label and send the RMA products to us via register mail or express service.

Warranty Requirements

1.Please back up your data regularly. Our warranty covers repairs, not data recovery or backup. We are not liable for any data loss on malfunctioning products.
2.Customers handle freight and insurance costs. Post-RMA, we cover return expenses, excluding local customs duty.
3.Warranty excludes damage from misuse or abnormal use.
4.Products are warranted from the original purchase date. If proof is unavailable, eligibility is based on the serial number. Second-hand purchases aren't covered.
5.SSD warranties are based on earlier expiration between manufacturing date or TBW. 
6.If your product isn't sold by TEAMGROUP or the label isn't recognized, our team makes the final warranty assessment.
7.For certain products, we'll provide a new replacement if the item is end-of-life or out of stock. Please note the received product may differ from the original.
8.If you purchased dual-channel or set memory modules, please send them together for proper analysis to ensure they function correctly.
9.Submit the online RMA form within 14 days, and promptly send the RMA products to TEAMGROUP. After 14 working days, the RMA number will be invalid. Please reapply for a new RMA number online.
10.In the event of a non-delivery return for warranty replacement, you'll be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
